I think this can so easily be forgotten. We get caught up in over pathologizing and analyzing everything.

Maybe you weren’t meant to get it “right” the first time.

Maybe this was the exact experience you needed to have to learn something crucial.

So stop overthinking it. Do the thing, get the result and go from there. Only action can lead to certainty, but you must move through uncertainty to take action.

And in my experience, you’re always exactly where you need to be to learn something that will serve you today, and in ways you can’t even yet imagine later in life.

Four evening mini retreats with the option to come to the one that calls to you, or join the whole series and build a strong sense of community.

Last year I was feeling disconnected from my community, so I decided to change that. I launched “The Return” Mini Retreat series. 4 evenings, with 4 different themes: returning to the mind, the body, the soul, and self.

Come to one, or come to them all.

Most women chose to come to them all. It was one of the favourite things I had done in years.

Gathering every few weeks, with the same group of women, plus a few new faces. Connecting, watching the group and community grow stronger, healing together, laughing, crying, remembering that this is what life and sisterhood is supposed to feel like.

Ever since then, I keep getting asked, “Will you do that again?” and now, it’s here!
