Sydney Tingley (Class of ‘29) and Julia Locke (Class of ‘28) had the opportunity to play against each other at the Atlantic Spring Showdown. Both earning Players of the Game honours - a testament to their talent, grit, and love of the game! What a moment, what a game!!! 💚💙🏀

RNS is excited to welcome 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗘 (5’9 Wing | Class of 2028)

At Nationals representing BNS she was a key contributor for the U15 team.

🏀 8th in Country for scoring - 11.8 ppg
🏀 9th in Country for defensive rebounds - 4.8 per game
🏀 10th in Country for field goal percentage - 32.8%
🏀 6th in Country for 2 point field goal percentage - 41.0%

Sydney Tingley (Class of ‘29) is a standout rookie who made an immediate impact in the paint, dominating the boards and controlling the interior. She combines physical toughness with skill, finishing strong inside while also showing the ability to step out and knock down shots. Defensively, she’s a force—protecting the rim, blocking shots, and bringing relentless intensity every possession.
