Two weeks of non stop go 💨 Today, I am giving myself permission to just be, and do exactly what I feel my body needs. Sounds simple enough, but I will end up feeling that intrusive thought process of having to accomplish something in order to feel like my day was worthwhile. 🤷‍♀️ Does anybody you have a Sunday routine or do you go with the flow?

It's been a while since I hosted a class because of school being so busy, and I've never hosted one during the weekend 💥 Let's give er a go, no experience is required for this class - just a love for movement! 💃
Dance fitness is a great way to get your heart pumping and your hips moving, featuring music from many genres and modifications so you can follow along at your own level, cause every body deserves to move!

My name is Miss Kelsey and I am a certified Group Fitness Specialist! I have been teaching since 2019 in my hometown of Rocanville and it all started with my favorite - spin classes 🚴‍♀️
Since then I've taken my GFS, my 200 hr yoga teacher training, Zumba instructor training and mat pilates.
Make sure you check out my YouTube for online classes! As I build up my library you'll find yoga, spin, pilates, dance fitness, HIIT and barre classes available anytime.
My mission is to create a space where all bodies can move and feel confident in their movements without judgement.
