Story Time: I began to start getting healthier in mid February. I started back to the gym for the first time in over a year with a goal of 210lbs.
Things were going well to start. I started with 15 mins of cardio every workout and after 3 weeks have been increasing my time by 5 mins every 2 weeks. I also was including weights and stretching.
While things were going well, I wasnt really seeing thr results I was hoping for. After struggling for a bit, I decided to join ANS Performance and have added some supplements to my daily intake. I have also stopped over eating which was killing my progress.
Im only eating between 6 and 10pm, allowing my body to consume and utilize the nutrition I give it. I have been doing this for 5 weeks now and have lost 15 pounds. I am not at 227 down from 242 and already feeling better and more energized.
