We here at Brickhouse are taking on The Push-Up Challenge from February 5-27 with our crew and I’d love you to join us as a Team Captain or Team member. https://www.thepushupchallenge.ca/fundraisers/brickhousegyminc
The Challenge is for each participant to complete 2,000 push-ups in 23 days, which represents the ~2,000 lives lost to su***de each day, worldwide.
If 2,000 sounds like too many push-ups, don’t stress – alternative exercises like squats, lunges and sit-ups are all A-OK.
The Challenge helps you work on your physical and mental fitness, with daily push-up goals and mental health facts, and you can raise funds for CMHA to make an impact on mental health in Canada (this part’s optional, but every little bit adds up). I’ve created a Community, which is a group of Teams all participating in The Push-Up Challenge, so we can all push together (and get a bit of friendly competition going between the Teams on our Community leaderboard).
