Regina, I’m ready to dance with you! 🩷

This fall you can catch me at South Leisure Centre, Massey School, Mama Centre & Glencairn Community Association — whether you’re brand new to Zumba or you’ve danced with me before, you are ALWAYS welcome.

No perfect moves required. No dance experience required. Just come as you are, move your body, laugh a little (probably a lot 😂), and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

🚨 Class Update! 🚨

Just a quick heads-up that tomorrow’s Zumba class is cancelled due to a Community Association meeting.

💃 I’ll see everyone back on Tuesday, August 4 for our next class at Cathedral!

In the meantime, don’t forget you can still dance with me THIS Thursday at the Mama Centre (6:30-7:30pm)! I can’t wait to see you there. ❤️

Unfortunately, Saturday’s Zumba class at the EYFRC (9:30–10:30 a.m.) has been cancelled indefinitely.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who danced with me over the past months. It has been such a joy sharing the dance floor with you! 💗
