I want to send out appreciation to for helping me look my best for the .canada Rumble to Remember Tour.

We started the Journey on August 4, 2024 and aggressively attacked the gym and Nutrition. We saw hurdles in the form of developing Bacterial Pneumonia causing me to miss close to three weeks in the gym, and not being able to eat, as well as the challenges of being a traveling full time Pro Wrestler provides, but through it all Mike kept me focused and engaged with his training. I recommend not just to my colleagues but to anyone looking to cut fat, build muscle or both Mike can get you what your after.

Starting weight 255lbs, we dipped as low as 227 lbs and settled in at 242 lbs in the end photo.

Now we begin to look at 2025 and make that the biggest year yet.

Flex Factory client, "Headline" Shaun Martens has been putting in an absurd amount of work and has had to overcome mountainous obstacles over the last few months to get to where he is but the "Headline looks amazing! His dedication has been incredible!
