🏁 NEW DATE. SAME JUNK. MAYBE A LITTLE MORE… 👀

Run Your Junk – Smash Up Derby is moving to Saturday, October 3rd at 3:00 PM!

Yep — Saturday! And we’ve been working behind the scenes on a few ideas to make our final event of 2026 even more fun. 👀

Nothing to announce just yet… but let’s just say Run Your Junk might have a few extras up its sleeve. 😉

For now, there’s one important update:

🏁 The next generation.

Small fans. Big personalities. Even bigger race day energy. 😂🏁

From the littlest ones taking it all in, to the bigger kids cheering with their friends, they’ve definitely stolen the show a few times this year.

One of our favourite things has been watching the friendships grow along the way — race day buddies, lots of laughs and some pretty great memories being made together. 💙

Here’s to the next generation growing up around Kings Park Speedway. 🏁

🏁 Thought we were finished? Not quite!

We’ve still got more racing coming to Kings Park Speedway!

First up — September 13 at 2PM with the PDRA 2026 Touring Series PLUS our 2026 Season Points Finale (rain make-up).

Then on October 4 at 3PM, things get a little wild with RUN YOUR JUNK! 💥

Two more race days. Two completely different kinds of action. And plenty more excitement before we wrap up 2026!

🏁 RACE DAY UPDATE — CANCELLED

Mother Nature wins today.

With the uncertainty of the rain and the risk of getting everyone out to the track only to have the weather turn on us, we’ve made the decision to cancel today’s Season Points Finale.

We know racers, teams and fans have been looking forward to today, but we feel this is the best call.

📅 NEW DATE: Sunday, September 13
🏁 Racing at 2:00 PM

Our 2026 Season Points Finale isn’t over yet — we’ll just have to wait a couple more weeks to crown our season champions!

🏁 RACE DAY UPDATE

Our 2026 Season Points Finale is still a GO for today at 2:00 PM!

We know the forecast is showing a chance of rain, but right now the radar is looking promising and showing that it may miss us. We’re keeping a close eye on conditions this morning.

With some of our racers travelling from out of town, we plan to make an official call around 9:00 AM to give everyone as much notice as possible.

For now — we’re planning to race! 🏁

Last night was an extra special race night for one young race fan! 🏁

Hudson joined us at Kings Park Speedway to celebrate his 9th birthday, spending time in the pits checking out all the race cars and trucks and meeting some of the racers along the way.

Being able to share nights like this with our younger race fans is pretty special, and we hope Hudson went home with lots of great memories from his birthday at the track.

Happy 9th Birthday, Hudson! We’re so glad you celebrated with us! 🎉🏁
