GIRLS IN THE GAME is a non-competitive sport and physical activity introduction program for girls. Every week our participants spend time learning to play a variety of sports or physical activities, led by trained female instructors in a welcoming and non-competitive environment.

It's not a Girls in the Game fall line-up without martial arts. We're excited to once again partner with our longtime friends and partners at Spirit of the Dragon to offer a 6 week martial art session where girls will develop self-confidence, boost their FUNdamental movement skills and learn mindfulness.
