Regina Capitals The Regina Capitals play at the Al Ritchie Arena as part of the Prairie Junior Hockey League in the Southern Division.

The Regina Capitals franchise has a long history in the City of Regina that can be traced to 1911. This history includes notable hockey figures like Don Metz (1942), Dick Irvin Sr. (1921), Eddie Shore (1925) and Hick Abbott (1911). A founding member of the South Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in 1992 and the Prairie Junior Hockey League (2007), Extreme Hockey Regina Capitals have participated in the Keystone Cup twice, finishing second in 1995 and winning the championship in 2004.
