Early last week was about as weird of a bite as we have seen in years. Towards the end of the week things got more back to normal and this week has been pretty darn good. Here are some nice fish from last week despite challenging fishing conditions. Even a 31 inch walleye was caught and released which was our 10th over 30 for the year. This week we had our 11th but no pics yet.

The recent heat wave has slowed things down this week, especially for big fish. With temps reaching the 90’s, with little wind, pollen, and bugs hatching, Mother Nature was doing us no favours. Luckily, fish fry’s are still happening! Here are a few photos from last week.
