🏆 STAMPEDE CHALLENGE 2026 U11 TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS 🏆

What a way to finish the spring season.

Just a few short months ago, many of these players were competing against one another on different teams throughout Alberta. Some had never met. Some had battled hard as opponents.

In just a short time, they came together as teammates, built friendships, learned to trust one another, and developed a team culture that was built on effort, support, resilience, and having fun.

The journey culminated yesterday in a 6-2 championship victory and a Stampede Challenge Tournament Championship banner.

While the championship is something to celebrate, what we're most proud of is the growth we witnessed both on and off the ice. The confidence gained, the friendships formed, and the memories created will last far longer than any ring.

Thank you to our players for their hard work, our coaches for their commitment, and our families for their incredible support.

Congratulations, Wolverines. You earned this! ❤️ 🏒

A huge thank you to the 2026 Esso Cup Champion Red Deer Chiefs U18 AAA team for sharing the ice and inspiring the next generation of female hockey players.

What an amazing experience for these young female hockey players. 💛🏒

Through our Puck Adventures – Next Shift mentorship evening, Wolverines U11 & local central Alberta players had the opportunity to spend time with the 2026 Esso Cup Champion Red Deer Chiefs U18 AAA team.

From interviews and dressing room conversations to hearing championship stories, seeing the Esso Cup and medals up close, and even joining the Chiefs in their pre-game circle, this was a night these girls will never forget.

Moments like this help build confidence, leadership, friendships, and belief in what’s possible for the next generation of female athletes.

A huge thank you to the Red Deer Chiefs players and staff for being so welcoming and inspiring with our girls throughout the evening. The impact you had was obvious.

What an incredible night for these young female athletes. 💛🖤

The Wolverines U11 girls and others from our community had the opportunity to spend time with the 2026 Esso Cup Champion Red Deer Chiefs U18 AAA team for a special mentorship and development evening through our Puck Adventures – Next Shift program.

From interviews and Q&A sessions to dressing room conversations, team bonding, and on-ice moments, this was about much more than hockey.

It was about leadership.
Confidence.
Community.
And inspiring the next generation of girls in the game.

A huge thank you to the Red Deer Chiefs players and staff for being so welcoming, positive, and inspiring with our girls. The impact you had on them was obvious all night long.

PUCK ADVENTURES – NEXT SHIFT
Summer Development Program (U11–U13)

I’m planning to run a small-group summer development program focused on helping players build confidence, improve core skills, and show up to tryouts ready.

This is for players who want:
✔ More reps
✔ High-energy sessions
✔ Real development

– Dryland training (speed, agility, compete)
– On-ice skill development + small area games
– Structured, high-rep sessions

🟡 Phase 1 – Dryland ($175)

Tuesdays & Thursdays (6:00–7:30 PM)

🔵 Phase 2 – On-Ice + Dryland ($275)

First time bringing this group together - different teams, different backgrounds, now one team. Watching that level of hockey, feeling the energy in the building, and then getting to meet the players after... an experience these girls won't forget.
