✨ Benefits of Pole Dancing ✨

The last one 👌

1- Full body workout/builds strength - you don’t even realize you are having a great workout because you are having too much fun! Building strength also builds confidence!

2- Challenges the brain/mindful distraction - What arm goes where? Leg where? Left? Right? Other left?
Pole is a great way to forget about the outside world or personal issues for an hour, we are too busy trying NOT to fall on our faces 😅

3- Anti-aging/releases endorphins - Pole keeps you young, seriously, having fun workouts, rolling around the floor, going upside down like a monkey. Keeping our body happy & healthy.

4- Survive a zombie apocalypse - we can climb poles 🤷🏼‍♀️👍😆

This is a kundalini activation series. Where we will move through yogic postures, chant mantras, and work with pranayama practices designed to awaken, lift, and expand our energy.

For the most comfortable experience, I recommend having a light dinner and avoiding heavy foods for at least two hours before class. If you are pregnant or have respiratory or heart concerns, you are still welcome to attend, though some movements and breathwork practices may need to be modified throughout to best support you.
