2015年，在許多城市品嘗各式各樣的餐廳料理後，總覺得缺乏家的溫暖感，辭職市場營銷總監的工作，在上海法租界徐志摩故居開了一家私廚咖啡館 【FanTasteCafe / 芳饗堂】，上『鄉』下『食』，合為『饗』字 ，以台南家鄉料理和手沖飲品/甜品，與食客做有溫度的交流———食物的熱度、咖啡的醇度、對話的溫度。
