Hello everyone, we are one week away from the start of provincials and now we need you to sign up to volunteer. Please use this link and it will take you where you need to go.
Games are at the Kin Centres and we ask that volunteers go and check in at the registration table when they come for their shift.
We're using SignUp (the leading online signup and reminder tool) to organize our upcoming activity.

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
Security
One volunteer assigned to each arena, plus one floating security volunteer covering all arenas.
All security volunteers must carry a walkie-talkie.
Monitor entrances, hallways, and common areas to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Respond to concerns or incidents and communicate with tournament organizers as needed.
Runner
Check dressing rooms before teams enter and after they leave for cleanliness or damage.
Ensure dressing room keys are not returned until the room has been inspected.
Be available throughout games to assist with:
Communication between tournament staff and arenas
Injury support and notifying the appropriate personnel
Ice requests or schedule-related needs
General troubleshooting and problem-solving
Registration & Raffle Table
Welcome teams and verify they have their game codes.
Exchange a driver’s licence or vehicle keys for dressing room keys.
Help direct teams, families, and spectators to the correct arenas or locations.
Assist with troubleshooting the Ramp registration system when needed.
Sell raffle tickets and answer general tournament questions.
Hospitality Room
Check volunteer and staff badges before allowing entry.
Keep food and beverages stocked throughout the day.
Maintain a clean and organized hospitality room.
Ensure guests have what they need and help create a welcoming atmosphere for volunteers and officials.
