We've got lots of new arrivals including the limited edition release of the Innova Duo Mamba and the brand new Innov Sync putt and approach disc. Stop in and get some new colours and discs for your rounds this weekend 🥏 😀

We’re so excited to welcome everyone to our new location at 2900 5th Ave! Our doors are open, but please bear with us while we find our groove. Huge thank you to Art By Morgan for her beautiful artwork on our windows. Come by to say hi and check it all out.

22 years ago, the 3 of us hung a banner on a store front at 1655A-15th Ave and opened the door to Stride & Glide Sports. Since that time, we've expanded in this location/building twice and had the pleasure of serving the amazing run, cross country ski, swim and disc golf communities of Northern BC. To say it has been an adventure would be an understatement, and now the adventure continues in a new location!!

We will be closed from June 28th, to July 1st, while we transport 22 years of, "lets save that in case we need it later", to our new location at 2900-5th Ave (old PGI Foods). Yes, the new location is still green (updating soon). No, our signage isn't ready to go (we will have a couple banners up though). Yes, our phone number stays the same at 250-612-4754. Yes, the interior is ready for us and we are excited to welcome you to our new digs on July 2nd, at 9:30am.

In the meantime, if you need anything to keep you outdoors and active for the next week, we will be open today and tomorrow and then closed until Thursday when we open in our new location. We're also asking you to let your friends and family know where they can find us after this weekend, we don't want anyone to think that we've up and disappeared ☺️

We're here until 6PM today and then gone hiking, so stop in soon to get stocked up for the long weekend. "Be Back Whenever" may be a bit optimistic though because we will most definitely be back on Tuesday morning, ready to help you restock the supplies you used on your weekend adventures.
