Dumbbells ✔️

☀️Summertime Challenge!

40 seconds
4 rounds

4-5 workouts a week. Modifications posted last, there is something for everyone!!

All you need are dumbbells, a mat, loop band and a timer. I set my timer for 45 because it takes some time to get into position. This took me about 18 minutes (longer than my classic 10 minute workouts but it’s good to change things up!) this one took about 20 minutes

▪️Balance for beginners▪️ with some progressions you can add when you are ready. Have a chair close by if you need it! .
