Moose Monday they say🤷🏼‍♂️ O.K.
Waaaay back in the day guiding at SRO, dropped down into this valley and this bastard was standing with a few cows and another small bull, shot him from the horse trail at 200yards.
Think he was 56”.
My hunter booked his flights home while I skinned out his moose…..Classic.

Back into a basin we rarely hunted, I spotted this goat way up high bedded. While we made the climb up after him he decided to climb down to feed at the same time, took us a bit to relocate him below us. My hunter shot him at 500yards, the bullet went perfectly through his eye socket and dropped him. We knew he was a mature billy but were both shocked when we counted 18 rings on this old warrior.
