Hi Fit Family!

Thank you so much for showing up — it truly means the world to me❤️
My Core registered classes are full again for this new session starting this week, but please try again when registration opens or add yourself to the waitlist.

Total Fit Tuesday drop-in at 9 am is also full this week but do try out one of the many other classes available at Port Coquitlam Community Centre or Hydecreek Community Center. There’s also Yoga, Chair Yoga, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Bodysculpt, Hit, Spin and Introduction to Weight Training. 🤩🤩🤩

I’m beyond grateful for this community, my fellow instructors and so excited to share new music and fresh workouts with you soon.

Letting go of the negatives of the past is an act of courage. It means acknowledging what hurt without allowing it to define who we are now.

The past may explain us, but it does not get to imprison us. Each time we loosen our grip on old wounds, resentment, or regret, we reclaim a little more of our strength. We stop living in echoes and start listening to the steady, hopeful pulse of the present.

Embracing the positive of the present requires bravery too. It asks us to show up fully, even after disappointment, even when vulnerability feels risky. Strength isn’t about being untouched by pain; it’s about choosing not to be ruled by it. It’s trusting that today holds value on its own, not because it erases yesterday, but because it offers new ground to stand on…ground where growth, peace, and joy are still possible.

As Mahatma Gandhi wisely said, “I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.” This is the quiet power of self-respect. We can choose what we carry forward and what we leave behind. By guarding our minds and hearts, we make space for clarity instead of clutter, hope instead of heaviness. In doing so, we honor our resilience and step into the present with grace, courage, and a renewed sense of freedom.
