Prior to the new year, it's important to evaluate baseline measures that are important to you. If you're a runner and are looking to increase your cardiovascular fitness, do yourself a favor and check-in on your 5K time.

Write it down. Train for 3-4 months and test it again. This is how we can measure noticeable progress!
