I can hold over a 10 minute plank with weights on my back….and this video had me struggling 😅

Anyone who can keep up with the pace of this video can call themselves a CORE MASTER 💪🏼

The Plank with side hops was definitely my biggest challenge.

Brian Syuki takes a spin on exercises and does it all from standing. This video shows how you can focus on your abs while moving your full body.

Brian’s youtube page has a playlist with 43 videos focused on High Intensity Interval Workouts that will help burn fat and make your core muscles more visible!

Definitely should check out his page if you have limited space and want to do some exercises while standing.
