Happy Thursday all !!

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 📣 I am excited to advise that Titanium will be offering Open Mat/Gym for anyone who wishes to workout and kick-box on Wednesday’s between 5-6 pm starting 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡. There will be both a monthly membership and drop-in fee available. Keep an eye out on Titanium’s page for links to both options:

PLEASE READ - 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

To all my No Limits members, past, present and observers - I have made the difficult decision to cease my Fit-Box offerings, effective 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡.

Since I started teaching in February 2019, I’ve put a ton of heart and soul into my classes. Members have come and gone, with some of you having been with me since the beginning. I appreciate each and every one of you that walked onto the mats to join us 🤍 I will be forever humbled you chose me to play a part of your fitness journey. We’ve grown a lot together!!

So much time and energy goes into maintaining this No Limits side-gig of mine that I have realized I have little time left for myself. The universe is telling me I need to stop being so busy and step back from my instructor role, to balance some of my time and energy back to myself and my family. This lays heavy on my heart, as my commitment to you is so strong. As hard as it may be, I was reminded that it’s ok to take care of MYSELF too❤️

My last regularly scheduled Fit-Box classes will be:
