There is something so special about finding a space that feels like an exhale the moment you walk through the door. ✨

Well-Phoria Studio was created to be exactly that — a soft, beautiful, Bali-inspired sanctuary in the heart of Perth where people can gather, move, heal, create, reconnect and simply be.

We’re opening the door to like-minded teachers, practitioners, facilitators and heart-led creatives who are looking for a space to bring their own offerings to life. Yoga, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, women’s circles, workshops, spiritual practices, creative gatherings, holistic wellness — and perhaps something we haven’t even imagined yet.

This is not about fitting into a box or applying for a position. It’s about finding the right people whose energy, passion and work feel at home here.

SEVEN FLOWERS — A Bali-Inspired Full Moon Eve Ritual

Join us Friday, September 25 for a soft, beautiful evening of flowers, water, intention, gentle breath flow and sound.

You’ll create your own personal seven-flower moon water jar, move through an easy breath flow, settle into a calming sound meditation, and take your finished jar home to rest beneath the full moon overnight.

This evening is about slowing down, reflecting, releasing what feels ready to go, and setting intention for what you’d like to welcome in.

Bali-inspired refreshments included. 🌺

✨ Meet Michele — Hatha Yoga at Well‑Phoria Studio ✨

We’re so pleased to welcome Michele Kulha to the Well‑Phoria family!

A student of yoga since her teenage years, Michele has completed three Yoga Teacher Trainings and continues to deepen her spiritual and philosophical knowledge. No matter where her journey has taken her, she has always returned to the grounding peace of Hatha yoga.

With her warm, lighthearted energy, Michele encourages every student to meet themselves exactly where they are. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll find a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect.

🌿 Classes begin September 8 and 10 and continue every Tuesday and Thursday:

✨ Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
✨ Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
✨ Thursday Lunchtime Yoga at 12:15 p.m.

I’m so happy to say Yin Song is coming back to Perth this Saturday! 🤍✨

If you were here the last time Iselin and Chris joined us at Well-Phoria, you already know how special it was. And if you missed it, you have another chance.

Iselin starts us off with her beautiful cacao ceremony, and then Chris takes you somewhere else entirely with his music, voice and all of the different instruments he brings together.

I don’t really know how else to describe it other than you just have to experience it.

You lie back, you listen, and for a little while everything else just seems to disappear. You walk out feeling lighter and a little bit higher than you did when you walked through the door. ✨

They’ll be heading back to Australia soon, so I’m really grateful we were able to bring them back to Perth one more time before they go.

The room was filled with warmth, stillness, and connection as Iselin gently guided us through a beautiful ceremonial cacao experience while Christopher Mapstone wove together an extraordinary tapestry of live music using instruments from around the world. The healing vibrations, meditative soundscapes, and soulful melodies created an experience that was both grounding and uplifting.

Yin Song is more than a class—it is a two-hour immersive journey combining ceremonial cacao, restorative yin yoga, meditation, live music, and a deeply relaxing sound journey. Every element is thoughtfully woven together to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and nourish the heart. Christopher and Iselin have shared this experience throughout Australia, Canada, Norway, and Europe, touching countless lives along the way. (Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre⁠)
