Upper Ottawa Valley Tai Chi Club Over 30 Years of sharing the enjoyment and health benefits of this ancient art of Tai Chi Just $20 per month to attend any and all classes.

No special clothing or equipment required. Classes available for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. From beginners to advanced martial artists. Learn healing tips and simple exercises for health and longevity in a relaxed and friendly setting. Become a member today! Classes start October and run until the end of May.

Beginner classes, open to everyone, will start on Tuesday, Oct 4 at 930 am and Intermediate members will begin October 6 at 930 am. Both classes at Zion Lutheran Church, 454 Miller Street in Pembroke. For those Tai Chi players that know the entire 108 move Yang Style Long Form, you can attend the Intermediate class: Advance classes in chi kung, weapons forms and advancements for your tai chi training can be done throught Temple Knights directly.

Weekly Tai Chi classes starting this October!

New beginners and intermediate students are welcome to join us at 930 am and 630 pm every Tuesday, and/or new beginners and intermediate Tai Chi players are welcome on Thursday mornings at 930 am.

Beginner students only at 630 pm every Thursday night starting October 8.

All classes will be held at Zion Lutheran Church Hall at 454 Miller St, Pembroke, ON K8A 5Z4

With 3 options for beginner classes. I hope you will come try it. Learn in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Attention all members!! Can you believe that our Tai Chi session is coming to an end for the year already?

We hope you will join our executive committee for our AGM directly following the Tuesday, April 28th class @ 11:00am. Location is right in the gym at Zion where we have the classes.

Note that the very last class is the intermediate class Thursday, April 30th.
