One simple ask for the week ahead. It will do more for your business than anything else.
Go into you notes, wherever you may keep them. ..on your phone, in a book, or reread your last 5 posts.
Read them.
Look for patterns, cycles, sequence.

After decades of coaching, I know it is never a certain profile. Success is 💯 decided in the patterns.

This is why looking at behaviors over beliefs is the measurement.

..because all you ever start seeing is the soultion, and you miss speaking to the problems.

Tough Love. Our world has forgotten how important this is. The people who will ask you the hard questions many are too afraid to ask.

Sit with this today:
Who comes to you for advice.
Takes your advice.
Applies your advice.
And gains their desired result.

Write those names down. Do a mind map from there.

If you can't think of anyone, you have not yet found your voice.

Take 45mins this week, and listen to Matt Halloran and Kim Skermer.
Make notes.
Ask yourself, "who in your life is willing to sit with you through the hard questions?"

..and find the right coach who is waiting for you at the gate of your path.

"I'm not working hard enough."
That's the whisper Matt Halloran still hears.

After the TEDx stage. After a thousand podcast conversations. After 25 years coaching financial advisors, and being name one of the Top Influential People in Financial Services. That thought plays...
He said it out loud on Episode 01.

And then he said the rest:

"Advisors think that they're professionals, but they don't practice anything."

"You're trying to fill a gaping hole in your soul with more money. It doesn't work."

"Busy is an excuse for not getting the right things done."

And then the one that cracked both of us wide open. The sentence a friend said when he refused help during the hardest season of his life:
"By not accepting this help, you're denying people your joy."

Every one of us carries a whisper. The thing we'll say to our closest friend and almost never out loud.
