What we saw from our coaches and their partners this past weekend was genuinely really inspiring to watch. Not only because of the performances themselves, but because of everything behind them the commitment, the consistency, the trust in themselves, the teamwork, the decision to keep showing up even when things got hard.

It’s such a good reminder that growth doesn’t happen all at once. It’s built slowly through the choices you make for yourself every single day.

So proud of everyone who competed this weekend and so grateful to have people in this community who continue to inspire others just by going for it 🖤🏃🏼‍♀️🔥

This weekend, our PureFit community takes on Ottawa 🖤

Some of you have already crossed the finish line, some of you are stepping into your heats today, and some of you are gearing up for the weekend ahead. No matter where you’re at in the process, we’re incredibly proud of every single one of you.

What’s special about this community is that it’s never just been about competition. It’s about showing up. About consistency. About pushing through hard things together. About the confidence, resilience, and grit built inside these walls that carries far beyond the studio.

Whether you’ve been training specifically for HYROX, showing up to Wednesday and Sunday classes, cheering people on, or simply challenging yourself in your own way, you’re part of this.

If getting stronger has been on your mind lately, this is your sign 🏋🏼‍♀️

Pure Power with is a 10-week small-group strength series focused on developing the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift through intentional, progressive training.

With only 6 participants, the goal is simple: quality coaching, detailed feedback, better technique, and building confidence under the bar in a supportive environment.

This series is designed for people who want more than random workouts. You’ll move through a structured block of training with optional test + re-test dates so you can actually witness your progress over time.

Because it means you’re not stuck waiting. It means you’re capable. It means you actually have more control than you think.

The hard truth (and the empowering one):
Real change doesn’t come from motivation, the perfect plan, or the “right time” it comes from the moments you decide to show up anyway.
