What if I already have a pass?
We will pause your current pass May 1 to start the challenge and resume it June 1. You wonโ€™t lose time off your current pass.

How many classes do I need to complete to make it worth while?
An average of 3 classes a week will have your pass completed.

Which classes can I use my pass for? Anything on the drop in schedule! Aerial and Tone are an additional $5

How do I buy my pass? Contact the studio and we will get you set up.

Iโ€™ll be away for part of the month, so there will be a short break in classes mid-May. Make the most of the time we do have together by getting into those Monday/Wednesday SHRED sessions and locking in the Saturday TONE classes in advance! โœจ

Spots are limited, so be sure to book ahead ๐Ÿค

A few updates + reminders: SHRED will now be offered on both Monday + Wednesday. I've adjusted this class format to make it more accessible for all fitness levels. Not "easier" just an improved flow, and accessible progressions and regressions.
TONE drop-in fee increase: $18.00 etransferred to [email protected] secures your spot, or The Union MVMNT class-pass + $5.00 at the door. *Please be sure to book all classes via the Vagaro booking app or link* TONE entails more equipment setup, 1:1 form correction/movement supervision, and space is limited.
