Golf Canada Golf Canada is the governing body and National Sport Organization (NSO) for golf in Canada.

Golf Canada represents more than 340,000 golfers at nearly 1,500 member clubs across the country. A proud member of the Canadian Olympic Committee, Golf Canada’s mission is to grow participation, excellence and passion in the sport while upholding the integrity and traditions of the game. By investing in the growth of the sport and introducing more participants of all ages to the game, our goal is to be relevant to and respected by all Canadian golf enthusiasts from coast to coast.

-Golf Canada administers and oversees the Rules of Golf and Amateur Status in Canada.
-We are responsible for establishing and maintaining a uniform handicap system for golf clubs in Canada.
-Golf Canada conducts more than 20 amateur championships nationwide each year.
-Golf Canada conducts the RBC Canadian Open and Canadian Pacific Women's Open.
-Golf Canada, our official member magazine - Golf Canada.
-Golf Canada operates the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame and Museum and its associated archives.
-Golf Canada is dedicated to the future growth and development of the game through, Future Links delivered by Acura and Player Development.
-Golf Canada owns and operates a national training center.
-In 1979, Golf Canada created the Golf Canada Foundation to raise and grant funds for the advancement of golf in Canada through academic scholarships.
