NEW SEASON UPDATE

Location: Asphodel Norwood Community Centre

And just like that we’re running right into the new season! Come join us for our summer OUTDOOR running season at the Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre.

First run: Thursday May 7th, at 7pm

If you are coming for the first time send us a message so we know to look for you!

No cost to join! All levels welcome; shortcut options available.

🌟 NEW SEASON UPDATE 🌟

Starting January 14th, 2026, join us at the Hastings Field House Indoor track on Thursdays at 7pm, until the end of April. Walk in fee to use the track is $2.

If you’re hoping to join us for the first time send us a message before attending your first run! Registration is open all season, join at anytime. The only fee is the cost to use the track.

All levels are welcome! The track is a great place to start as you can go at your own pace. If you’re a beginner and looking for your next step into running this new year, this could be it for you!

Stay out of the harsh winter this season and join the Norwood Run Club at the heated track! 🏃‍♀️

That’s a wrap!!! Thank you everyone for an excellent fall season of running. The group crushed goals and conquered the monthly challenges. We will be taking a pause for the month of December. Don’t forget you can still participate in the 12 runs of Christmas, make sure to show us your spirit on the club Strava page! Stay tuned for the January update when we start our new season ! 🏃 ❄️ ⛄️

Workout:
-5 min easy pace warm up
-1 minute of running at your “race pace” followed by 1 minute of rest, and repeat. We will do this 15 times for a total of 30 minutes.
