I am blessed to have had yoga in my life for over 20 years. 34 years as an Elementary school teacher, and being a student of life itself, has inspired and informed my yoga instructional practise. I came to my yoga mat seeking serenity. Yoga has graced me with opportunities to still my mind and with glimmers of feeling more comfortable in my skin. My hope is to guide you in a journey to do the same, "One Breath at a Time". I'll meet you on your mat. How I got here -
Yoga Alliance RYT, 200h Interdisciplinary teacher training at Semperviva, 200h Vinyasa teacher training at Karma Teachers. I have studied for 12 years with my teacher, Peter Elmas, (One Yoga Northva who is committed to passing on the teachings of the sage Patanjali and T. Krishnamacharya. [email protected]
