𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭 💩
𝘐𝘯 𝟷𝟻 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴, 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘢 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝟸 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 May 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘯𝘥 while feeling more confident, energetic and toned than ever!
When I first started my health & fitness journey 23 years ago, I thought:
>>More cardio and less food was the only way to go,
>>All I had to do was eat healthy 95% of the time
💩𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘳, 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘬
💩Sometimes I’d almost pass out on the cardio machine and have to leave the gym suddenly
💩I was living off egg & avocado bagels, sausages and Uncle Ben’s rice
💩Trying to eat as little as possible
Little did I realize most of my diet was actually processed
❌𝘕𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥😢
❌I was eating all the wrong kinds of fats
❌I lost weight all right but I ended up with the dreaded “skinny fat” look
❌I felt more depressed and lost than ever...zero confidence...so what did I do?
❌Throw myself into dating which made me feel even worse
