To every man quietly rebuilding his life: keep going.

Tim Izzard came to me not just ready for a new chapter, but a whole new life. After one of the hardest seasons of his life, he’s returned to a healthy weight, rebuilt his strength, and is finding a new, stronger, healthier version of himself. He’s also using his platform to spread awareness for those in the depths of their own hard seasons, proving that there is more life on the other side.

This transformation is incredibly rewarding because this is only a few short months of working together. We still have so much of the path ahead, and I know the best is yet to come.

So honoured to be a part of your 30th chapter.

Sensational transformation by ! What I love so much about this transformation is the insane work ethic Lexi had & really chose to invest in herself for this insane result.

When Lexi came to me, I was pumped because I knew she had incredible potential, and over the course of this recomp we’ve started unlocking it. Building muscle, improving body composition, and laying the foundation for a successful physique-building journey. The most exciting part? We’re just scratching the surface. The future is incredibly bright for this chickie & and the best is absolutely still to come. Amazing work Lexi!🤍✨
