Join us for a cozy, grounding evening designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and fully relax 🤍 We’ll begin with tea 🍵, light refreshments, and time to settle into the space before easing into a softly lit studio atmosphere 🕯️

This experience includes gentle stretching, calming breathwork, and slow, accessible movement to release tension from the body and quiet the mind 🌙 Throughout the evening, enjoy deeply restorative add-ons including reflexology 👣, an indie head massage 💆🏻‍♀️, yoga nidra ✨, and a soothing sound bath experience 🎶

Goodie bags 🎁, tea 🍵, and munchies 🍫 will be provided to help create a warm and welcoming vibe from start to finish.

Beginning May 25th

This series is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with mindful movement, breathwork, education, connection, and preparation for birth. Whether you’re newly pregnant or getting closer to delivery day, this is a space to slow down, tune in, and feel supported through the journey.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore:
✨ Prenatal yoga designed for changing bodies
✨ Breathwork and relaxation techniques for labour
✨ Birth preparation and nervous system support
✨ Pelvic floor awareness and mobility
✨ Connection with other expecting mothers
✨ Time to rest, move, and feel cared for

No previous yoga experience needed. All levels welcome.
