UPDATE
Spoke with Fisheries MNR today...They are slightly backlogged with the Commercial Bait Licensing because November thru December is renewal time for all shops...So we are looking at another possible 10 day delay for the license...
We arent discouraged tho..we are still trying to find a few things..
