Wee have a trailer available with the best view, a premium site in our park. However, it is important to note that the trailer cannot be used for permanent living. It can only be used as a cottage for seasonal stays. Once you take it and pay the seasonal fee, you can stay all season. But you cannot sell the trailer, only use it as long as you wish—one season, ten seasons, whatever you prefer. Each year, a seasonal contract will be signed, but the trailer itself is free. Just the seasonal site fee will apply. Please make sure to send me your info, so I can reply. If you don’t provide info, I won’t respond, because I get a lot of messages. Let me know if you are interested and if it’s for living or a cottage. The best view is waiting for you also want to let you know that the trailer has a hard roof, so it doesn't leak at all. It has a very good steel roof, which covers it perfectly. Additionally, there's an extra room added with a screen for mosquitoes. The inside has been renovated, and all the walls are done with cedar wood. There's one bedroom, but you can add another room if you'd like. Please remember, this is going to a family; I'm not giving it to anyone for permanent living. The person must use it as a cottage and have the funds to pay the seasonal fee.
