❕Deferrals & Transfers:
📅 Deadline September 13,2026

➡️ What’s the transfer policy?
• You may transfer your registration to another person for a $9.99 fee.
• You may transfer to a different race distance by paying the fee difference and the $1.95 race roster fee.
• There are no transfers after September 13, 2026, for any reason.

➡️ Deferral Policy – No Refunds / One-Time Only
• A deferral is not a refund.
• For 2026, runners may choose a one-time partial deferral, which gives you 50% off your 2027 registration. The remaining balance is due when you register for 2027.
• Deferrals must be used in 2027 and cannot be carried forward to later years.
• No deferrals will be accepted after September 13, 2026, for any reason.
• No refunds are provided if you choose not to defer.

According to our friends at Strava - the average 10K requires approximately 8 weeks of training*.

Which means there is plenty of time to set a goal and run in our 5K or 10K distances!
