YOU GUYS ARE WILD. 2 spots are already taken before this has even officially gone live 🥹🤎

Third Lymph Reset date is now open:

🌿 Wednesday, September 23
🕕 6:00–8:00 PM
📍 WHW Holistic Wellness — Mount Forest

We’ll move through lymph-supportive movement, facial lymph massage, deeper jaw + facial tension release, breathwork, nervous system downshifting + simple Lymph 101.

You’ll also leave with your own Lymph Reset Field Guide to use at home. 🌿

The first two dates sold out, and this one already has 2 spots gone — so if you’ve been wanting in, don’t wait too long.

COMMENT “LYMPH” or book through the link in bio.

Okayyyy apparently you guys were READY for another Lymph Reset. 🌿

Sunday sold out incredibly fast, and there are only 4 spots left for Wednesday, September 16th.

And because I’ve had so many new people asking what this actually is — this isn’t a workout class and it’s not just “drink more water and dry brush.” We actually get into understanding your lymphatic system, why it matters, what can make you feel stagnant/puffy/heavy, and simple ways you can support it yourself.

Then we FLOW. ✨

A full guided lymphatic reset you can actually feel — and practices you can take home and keep using long after the workshop is over.

Early bird pricing closes TONIGHT.

If you’ve been curious about this one, I would not wait on the Wednesday spots because Sunday disappeared real quick. 😂🖤

PUBLIC REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE 🌿

The next in-person Lymph Reset workshops are officially open for booking — and judging by the waitlist response, I would not sit on this one too long. 👀

If you’ve been feeling puffy, bloated, heavy, tense through your jaw + neck, inflamed, or just like your body needs a reset, this workshop is for you.

We’ll spend 1.5–2 hours learning + actually DOING the work:

🌿 simple Lymph 101 + how your lymphatic system actually works
🌿 lymph-supportive movement + breath
🌿 facial lymph massage
🌿 deeper jaw, face + neck tension release
🌿 techniques to support full-body lymph flow at home
🌿 nervous system downshifting + closing breathwork
🌿 your own Lymph Reset Field Guide to keep

Choose your session:

Sunday, September 13 @ 10AM
Wednesday, September 16 @ 6PM

📍 WHW Holistic Wellness
281 Main Street, Mount Forest

EARLY BIRD — $59 + tax
available today + tomorrow only

$69 + tax starting Friday, August 28

Only 10 spots per workshop. Once they’re booked, they’re booked. 🤎

COMMENT “Flow” and I’ll send you the booking link or click the link in my bio🫶🏼

Come learn how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting it. 🌿

THE LYMPH RESET is coming back 🌿

I’m planning the next in-person workshop and want to run the time that works best for the most people.

If you’ve been feeling puffy, bloated, heavy, tense through your jaw/neck, inflamed, or just stuck in your body, this workshop is all about helping you feel lighter, softer, more open and more connected to your body.

We’ll go through facial lymph massage, gentle lymph-supportive movement, deeper facial + jaw tension release, breathwork, and simple education so you actually understand what you’re doing and can keep using it at home.

I’m deciding between:

Sunday, September 13 @ 10AM
or
Wednesday, September 16 @ 6:00PM

Comment SUNDAY or WEDNESDAY below — or message me if you’d rather vote privately.

I’ll run whichever date gets the most interest. 🤎

Gardening will humble the absolute f**k out of you. 🌱😂

You can grow food for years and Mother Nature will still find a brand new way to remind you that you are, in fact, not in charge.

And that’s kinda why I love it.

Gardening isn’t about getting better until nothing goes wrong. It’s noticing sooner. Understanding what you’re looking at. Knowing what to change. And sometimes watching something go completely sideways so you never forget the lesson again.

Powdery mildew just happened to be this week’s reminder. 🫡

There’s something really f**king cool about slowly collecting this kind of knowledge — season after season — instead of expecting yourself to know everything because Google exists.

Garden S**t 101 🌱
For people who grow food, f**k s**t up occasionally, learn from it + keep growing anyway.

Follow along if you’re also an ADHDer trying to come back to basic human s**t. I have a feeling this series is going to have plenty of material. 😂

I don’t think I want to know more about wellness. I think I want to know more about being human.

There’s something really f**king weird about realizing how much basic knowledge most of us have lost in only a few generations.

Not expert knowledge. Not “become an herbalist and never see a doctor again” knowledge.

Just… knowing things.

Knowing what grows around you.
Knowing what’s edible.
Knowing what your grandparents used when someone was sick.
Knowing how to grow food.
Knowing how to make something instead of immediately buying it.
Knowing how to care for yourself and the people around you in simple ways.

And I think that’s what keeps pulling me deeper into herbs.

Not because I’m trying to reject modern medicine or cosplay life 200 years ago 😂

I just don’t love the idea that progress has to mean forgetting everything that came before it.

There is SO much knowledge available to us now — and I’m grateful for that.

But I also want some of the old knowledge back.

Maybe wellness doesn’t need to keep getting more complicated.

Maybe some of it is just remembering.

And apparently I’m in my learn what the f**k is growing in my backyard era. 🌿😂

Convenience isn’t inherently bad. But I think we’ve reached a point where we have to ask what it’s costing us.

I’m not interested in pretending we should all throw our phones in a river, abandon modern medicine and start churning butter at sunrise lol.

But I am interested in what happens when we take the best parts of modern life without completely outsourcing the things our bodies were built to do.

Use your body.
Make some of your food.
Go outside.
Know your neighbours.
Get bored sometimes.
Carry heavy s**t.
See morning light.
Spend time with actual humans.
Let life require something from you.

Not because it’s trendy or “ancestral.”

Because maybe some of the things we’ve labelled wellness practices were once just… life.

Anyway. This rabbit hole is getting DEEP. 😂

Part 1: movement. What should I unpack next? 👀

08/18/2026

I don’t want to be really good at “wellness.”
I want to be really good at living.

Build the foundations. Build resilience. Then go live your f**king life.

That’s wellness to me. 🤘🏼
