Perdre du poids c'est FACILE et c'est très rationnel. Quand ça devient ÉMOTIF, c'est là que ça devient ARDU et moins ordonné. C'est pour ça qu'il faut avoir des outils et la théorie pour bien s'orienter et pour garder ça comme une planification BANCAIRE ;)

Manger du mauvais gras va vous faire avoir des poignées d'amour plus dures à l'abdomen. Ça va aussi changer vos hormones et vous allez engraisser à de drôles endroits. Lisez et vous saurez comment éviter tout ce F-I-A-S-C-O.

Tout dépendant de la sorte de gras que vous mangez, vous stockerez votre gras de façon différente. Il pourrait être plus dur et plus au niveau du ventre.
