Feeling stuck in a swirl of overwhelm?
You’re not alone. So many women navigating big life changes find themselves paralyzed by too many choices, old patterns, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” What if clarity wasn’t about doing more, but about shifting your energy with small, intentional steps?
Here’s a simple 3-step reset I use with clients:
1. Pause & Breathe: Take 90 seconds to notice your breath. Slow your exhale. Let your shoulders drop.
2. Name What’s True: Quietly name one thing you’re feeling. No judgment, just notice it.
3. Choose One Micro-Action: Ask, “What’s one small thing I can shift right now?” Maybe it’s closing a tab, sending a compassionate ‘no,’ or stepping outside for a minute.
Each time you practice, you build clarity and confidence. Progress is made in moments, not marathons.
