On a serious note .. We may not see each other very much and this is the first time we all got together at the same time but I think it’s safe to say we created a solid bond to this weekend.
Good food, solid training session and just simply some quality time well spent

When will I make my return? Only god knows!
My journey isn’t over. I will be back.
I will one day achieve that pro status. It’s not a matter of “IF” but a matter of “WHEN”!
Until then, my healing journey is more important.
I am in good hands and taking steps in the right direction
I will be making a post regarding my healing journey in the near future
I will be talking about my past experiences competing, the diet and training aspect, the drug/hormonal aspect, what has caused the issues, what steps I am taking to improve my hormone imbalances and my digestion as well as what caused it to be in the shape it is now and also the steps I’m taking to improve my digestion
I feel is men don’t talk about the hormonal imbalances we face when taking PED’s and what type of blood work should be done, how often we should be doing blood work and just the simple truth behind taking PED’s
So in this video, I will be covering everything. Hoping to shed some light, and share my experiences with full transparency. No holding back!
