This upcoming MTL Expatria Culinary Ayurvedic Experience is already getting beautiful attention, and we’re seeing some truly amazing new people joining the gathering. It’s always a joy to witness how naturally this community grows — through connection, trust, and shared moments.

I’d love to gently invite each of you to bring one or two people from your circle — friends, colleagues, or loved ones — to help the community continue to expand and evolve. New energies bring new stories, new perspectives, and enrich the space we share together.

To help us prepare the dinner experience with care, please RSVP as early as possible. This allows us to finalize the menu and welcome everyone thoughtfully.
If you have any allergies or intolerances, feel free to let us know in advance.

This is an Ayurvedic, holistic culinary experience — wholesome, warm, nourishing food designed to support balance, health, and well-being.
