Again, red flags are very broad. There are also certain test that a physiotherapist or other trained health care professional can do mainly to RULE OUT fracture and decide whether or not you should go get an X-RAY! Don’t leave your aches and pains hanging (although I highly doubt you would leave a fracture waiting, unless it’s a stress fracture maybe đŸ€”?)

Some will tell you running is bad for your knees. Like everything, a balance needs to be found. Extremes rarely come without risk. Run too much, too soon, and you can get hurt
But running isn’t inherently “bad for your knees”. In fact, loading your knees is extremely healthy. In a world where people don’t exercise enough as is, we can’t afford to be spreading fear around the most basic physical activity
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs (among other things) are inherently unhealthy. Running, is not

There are plenty of things to work on to help cope with knee pain and improve function
Don’t be discouraged by all the nasty sounding statements. If it sounds like it doesn’t make sense, it probably doesn’t make sense
If someone tell you your right leg is longer than the left and that’s what is causing your imbalances but you have had (or think you could have) someone else tell you your left leg is longer, then that’s probably because none of the two can accurately eyeball your leg length and it also probably doesn’t matter 😉

You know when you've gone through a full practice including a lot of grip training and you feel your forearms are swollen and you can barely close your hand? Or when you've gone through a long workout include lots of leg exercises and at some point, you just CAN'T get up? These are moments when your local muscle endurance, in your forearms flexors and leg muscles respectively, is being challenged⁠⁠⁠⁠
This is an essential attribute to develop for better performance in sports. Especially in sports with relatively repetitive movements over a "long" period of timeđŸ’Ș⁠⁠⁠⁠

The one everybody is wondering about. This isn't just about becoming the next Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is about being more "toned", "lean", "fit", "ripped", "chiseled", "shredded", "beef", "muscular". I've said enough. It's all the same. There is no special magic workout that will grow your b***y. There is no special rep/set formula that will help you show off the vein underneath your biceps skin⁠⁠
Just do exercise, a few times per week, and put some effort into it. Don't get into paralysis by analysis. Go with the Simple Solutions😏⁠⁠
