This tension—between individual expression and collective belonging—is where true leadership lives. You matter. And so does everyone else.
We're all connected by our human nature. We're all equally deserving of dignity, understanding, and acceptance.
The question isn't whether you have something to say. It's whether you can say it while remembering you're part of something bigger.
