My mentor hit me with this:
👉 “If getting more clients is the goal...
then what’s the ONE thing you’re avoiding that would actually make that happen?”
I froze.
Then I saw it.
It was so obvious. And I was resisting it.
Not because I didn’t know.
But because doing it meant showing up as the real me —
and maybe that scared me more than failure.

Waiting for the clarity. Waiting for the confidence. Waiting for the “right” moment to take action. Waiting for permission.
But here’s the uncomfortable truth I’ve had to learn and re-learn (and I’m still learning it daily):
No one’s coming to save you.
And that is exactly where the freedom begins.
Coaching isn’t about giving people answers. It’s about helping them see the answers that are already within them—answers they couldn’t hear through the noise, the pressure, the stories, the fear.
This is real insight coaching. It’s not about “motivation.” It’s not about “getting fixed.” It’s about remembering who you are, at your core, with the help of someone who won’t buy into your limitations.
So if you’re waiting for someone to save you… maybe today’s the day to stop waiting.
I won’t save you.
But I’ll sit with you.
Listen with you.
And hold space until you remember what’s always been there.
