Many people skip this step after a workout. Think of stretching as oiling your joints and brining balance and restoring length back into your muscles.

This video was a mini 10 minute stretch session, for the purposes of Instagram I chopped it down to a 2 minute session to help you with a decent body stretch that you can do at home after a quick workout.
Depending how long your workout is, your stretch session should be the following ratio: 1 minute of stretching for every 2 minutes of exercise. Essentially a one hour workout out, would ideally include a 30 minute stretch session to the muscles worked.
