This is a reminder that yoga has great physical and mental health benefits, including calming your mind and your nervous system but it will never replace DECENT HUMAN WORK CONDITIONS unless you are your own boss. Unfortunately, yoga teachers cannot:
- Give you a raise
- Reduce your work hours
- Eliminate mandatory overtime
- Provide dental and health benefits
- Add paid vacations
- Stop your boss from macromanaging
- Give you more flexible conditions (even if we can make your more flexible)
- Tell corporate that NO this could unfortunately not be delivered yesterday, because you don't yet own a time machine
Trust me, we tried
For a miracle, you gotta take right on the spiritual path and ask to speak with your god or their representative. Last I heard, Jesus had a waitlist of about 2026 years - good luck

Happy birthday to my base! But more importantly to my friend 🩵 Almost 2 years and I'm so glad to be able to count you as a friend. Thank you for trusting me as a flyer, and literally lift me up 💪🏽 I'm grateful to have been able to share that H2H journey with you 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻 and still can't believe we made so much progress.
