Hi everyone,

BOOTCAMP.OUTDOORS.IS.BACK! After being on outdoor hiatus for awhile (zoom classes only), I am reaching out with the awesome news that outdoor classes at Atwater market are back!

Currently offering an early morning class on Wednesday's (7:30-8:15am). Same concept as before: a mix of circuits, stations + any other torture mechanisms I choose to add 😉, 10$. A reminder that everyone & all levels are welcome (alternatives always provided) but Bootcamp is generally not for the faint of heart. Hoping to hear back from you and hope you each one of you is doing amazing! *St. Henri*
