Trying “healthy” products can feel like reading a chemistry textbook, so here’s a quick breakdown of what’s actually in the Pro-Prop Mango Peach Protein Sparkling Water and what those ingredients are doing. 👇
🥭 Carbonated Water
Just water with dissolved carbon dioxide added to make it fizzy. Same basic concept as sparkling mineral water or soda water.
💪 Whey Protein Isolate

This one sounds intense, but it’s actually a very common food ingredient used in many sparkling beverages. It helps control acidity, improves flavour balance, and keeps drinks tasting crisp instead of overly sweet.

A broad term that means flavour compounds sourced from natural ingredients like fruits, plants, herbs, or spices. It sounds vague because companies aren’t required to disclose their exact flavour recipe, but it doesn’t automatically mean something harmful or artificial.
A lot of ingredient names sound scary because they use scientific terminology, but many are just processed or purified versions of things we already consume regularly. The overall context matters more than whether an ingredient name sounds “chemical.” Everything is made of chemicals — including water, fruit, and vitamins.
