We had the chance to lead a 15 minute stretch break at the Colloque de Santé Mondiale 2026 hosted by and , bringing together thousands of future doctors and healthcare practitioners from across the province.
 
A little movement goes a long way, especially during long days of learning, networking, and collaboration 💙
