This high intensity training is provided by Justin Hannon and Stephen Chevrier as well as an entire team of black belts assistants. Hi there everyone! Realize there is much going on right now but Master Justin and I are working on a plan to make sure we stay in great shape during this challenging time. We may not be at our dojang but our dojang is with us 🙂

For now keep up with your stretching every day as we work on the next steps.
